SHUTTLES

Transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony and reception so you can safely and leisurely enjoy the celebration.

Shuttles to Ceremony

- Shuttles to the ceremony will begin at 1:00pm.
- Shuttles will pick up guests from the Kimpton Schofield Hotel (hotel stay is NOT required to utilize transportation).
- Shuttles will return guests to the Kimpton Schofield Hotel following the ceremony.

Shuttles to Reception

- Shuttles to the reception will begin at 4:30pm.
- Shuttles will pick up guests from the Kimpton Schofield Hotel (hotel stay is NOT required to utilize transportation).
- There will be continuous shuttles returning to the Kimpton Schofield Hotel from 9:30pm - 11:30pm.

PARKING

For those who will not be utilizing the provided transportation or rideshare, please see below for parking information.

Ceremony Parking

For the ceremony, St. John Cantius has a free parking lot on Professor Avenue as well as free street parking.

Reception Parking

For the reception, paid parking is available at the Huntington Park Garage. The garage entrance is located on the north side of Lakeside Avenue (opposite to the Hilton) and payment stations are located near the walkway entrance doors or at the West 3rd Street exit gate.

Is there a dress code?

The wedding day dress code is black tie optional. Gowns and tuxes are encouraged, but not required. If you are in need of some outfit inspiration, please see the “Attire” tab.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have arranged a room block at the Kimpton Schofield hotel. The last day to book under the room block is June 8. A booking link for the room block can be found below. Please see the “Hotels” tab for additional hotel recommendations if you would prefer to stay elsewhere in the city.

Will transportation be provided?

Yes, we will be providing transportation to and from the Kimpton Schofield hotel for both the ceremony and reception. Please see the “Transportation” tab for more details regarding shuttle times.

Is ridesharing available?

Yes, you will be able to use ridesharing apps like Uber and Lyft in Cleveland.

Will parking be available?

For those who will not be utilizing the provided transportation or rideshare, parking is available. For the ceremony, the church has a parking lot off Professor Avenue as well as free street parking. For the reception, paid parking is available at the Huntington Park Garage. Please see the “Transportation” tab for more information.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm. Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes early to get settled into your seat before the ceremony begins. There will be a short gap between the ceremony and cocktail hour at 5:00pm.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Yes! Please join us for a Welcome Party on Friday, July 21st at Pins Mechanical Co. Additionally, there will be an after party at The Clevelander following the reception. Please visit the “Schedule of Events” tab for more information about the weekend’s festivities.

Are my children invited?

The wedding reception is an adults-only celebration. However, we would love to see your little ones at the wedding ceremony and/or the welcome party on Friday night! Please contact the couple if you need assistance arranging childcare.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.

Is there anything I should NOT bring?

Yes. The reception venue is beautiful and historical, but it is still a functioning courthouse. Therefore, all guests will be required to walk through metal detectors and possessions will have to go through x-ray scanners. Please double check your pockets and purses to ensure you aren’t bringing any prohibited items like pocketknives, pepper spray, etc.

Are you registered?

Yes. We are registered at Bloomingdale’s, Crate & Barrel, and Anthropologie. We also have a Honeymoon Fund if you wish to contribute.
